Lawrence O. Omonyo (Principal): B.A (B.E Co), (UON); LL.B (UON); MAAK, CIQSK
Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts, Building Economics & Management degree from the University of Nairobi. He has a Higher Diploma in Project Management and a Bacheor of Law degree from Nairobi University. He has experience in project feasibility studies, property development, property finance, law and civil construction. In addition to completing his MBA studies, his professional quantity surveying and built environment experience has been greatly enhanced during the 10year period that the firm has been functioning. He has the following professional qualifications:
- Registered Quantity Surveyor with Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors ( BORAQS – 2005)
- Corporate Member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (A.A.K) – Quantity Surveyor Chapter.
- Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (I.Q.S.K)

Cancius Babu Ouma
Cancius holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi. He has also has accounting knowledge with a CPA 1 certificate. He has the following professional qualifications:
- Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya - IQSK Membership No. 720
- Architectural Association of Kenya (QS Chapter) – AAK Membership No. 3541

Onyango Desmond Omondi
Desmond holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi. He has a wealth of experience gathered by working with many firms involved in a variety of projects.
